• Back boiler removal — these require a full assessment of the chimney/flue situation and potential plastering/finishing work.
• Boiler relocation — moving the boiler to a different room or a different wall requires new gas pipework and flue routing. This needs a site assessment.
• City-centre flats with access limitations — unusual flue routes, shared flue systems or restricted scaffold/access needs assessment.
• Older properties with unknown pipework — if you are unsure what type of system you have, a free visit is always the right starting point.
