How fast can you install a boiler?

In most cases, we can install a new combi boiler in just one day. If you need it urgently, we offer next-day installation on many of our boilers, subject to availability. For more complex jobs like converting from a system boiler to a combi, it may take up to two days. We'll always give you a clear timeframe before we start.

We install boilers from four leading manufacturers: Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Alpha and Viessmann. All are well-known, trusted brands with excellent warranties. We'll recommend the best boiler for your home based on the size of your property, the number of bathrooms, and your budget. Every boiler we fit comes with a manufacturer's warranty of up to 12 years.

Do I need an annual boiler service?

Yes, we strongly recommend having your boiler serviced every 12 months. An annual service keeps your boiler running safely and efficiently, helps prevent unexpected breakdowns, and is required to keep most manufacturer warranties valid.

What is a landlord gas safety certificate?

A landlord gas safety certificate (also called a CP12) is a legal requirement for all rented properties with gas appliances. It must be renewed every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
